Lisa Agaran is an Artist, Instructor and Creative Spirit Mentor. She has a background in art and years of experience working as a psychotherapist (Inactive) with creative individuals. Lisa has been teaching both in-person and virtual workshops for the last 11 years. Lisa believes everyone is born an artist and with the ability to be creative. It’s how you stay connected to that inherent desire for creative expression as we become adults. She helps others embark on a journey of reclaiming their creativity by establishing an art practice, giving oneself permission for creative expression and living a creative life. Lisa believes this leads to deep and lasting personal transformation, inner guidance and well-being. She also believes this can be powerful avenue towards one’s healing, growth and authentic self. Her calling is to hold space for others to express their true creativity and experience creative freedom. Lisa believes taking time to honor Creative Spirit is just as essential as a good night’s rest, exercise and eating right. It provides benefits both spiritually and mentally. Any sort of creative practice, whether it’s writing, singing, dancing or crafts, is not only stress-reducing, but also connects us back to who we truly are. Learn More
